As part of Ehab Majed Academy’s Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to use the information, services, or any other part of the Ehab Majed Academy platform to take any action or actions that would:
- Conflict with Ehab Majed Academy’s public image, goodwill, or reputation.
- Promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, and underage drinking.
- Infringe upon copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights belonging to us or other companies.
- Expressly or implicitly suggest that we endorse any of your data, activities, or causes without our prior written consent in each instance.
- Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation in the country, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
- Be defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene.
- Transmit any trade secret or other confidential or non-public information about any person, company, or entity without authorization to do so.
- Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Ehab Majed Academy platform, including, without limitation, by “hacking” or defacing any part of the platform or modifying, altering, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Ehab Majed Academy platform.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Ehab Majed Academy platform.
- Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or convey any rights under the terms to any third party, or otherwise commercially exploit or profit from the information or content of the Ehab Majed Academy platform, or any part thereof, in any way, except as expressly permitted herein.
- “Print” or “copy” any part of the Ehab Majed Academy platform without our prior written permission.
- Distribute any virus, worm, or any similar or malicious files, scripts, or programs.
- Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Ehab Majed Academy, its licensors, or its suppliers.
- Involve the preparation or distribution of junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other bulk or unsolicited commercial emails, or violate in any way the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or equivalent applicable foreign laws.
- Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or any other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine” the Ehab Majed Academy platform, or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the platform, its contents, authentication, and security measures.
- Forge headers, identities, or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any transmission.
- Execute any form of network monitoring or run a network analyzer, packet sniffer, or other technology to intercept, decode, extract, or display any packets used for communication between Ehab Majed Academy platform servers or any data not intended for you. Harvest or collect information about any visitors or members of the Ehab Majed Academy platform without their express consent; and/or
- Contain any reference to or resemble any specific third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parents/legal guardians if they are under the age of majority according to state law.
