Causes of Wasting Time

As the saying goes, “Time is like a sword; if you do not cut it, it will cut you,” meaning it is crucial for every responsible individual to realize the value of time and identify what causes them to lose it. The most important causes of wasting time are:
- Lack of coordination between work and rest.
- Lack of organization, mental distraction, and impulsiveness.
- Laziness, excessive sleep, and boredom.
- Lack of a clear goal and plan.
- Failure to commit to fixed schedules at work.
- Presence of personal problems or circumstances at home or work.
- Accumulation of tasks that were supposed to be completed.
